About Me
Choosing the right therapist is one of the most important decisions you can make, and I believe therapy should always be tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

I am an award-winning Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, working with adults, young people (13+) and couples from my private practice in Cobham, Surrey, as well as online across the UK.

In 2026, Moore2therapy was honoured to receive the Business Awards UK – Community Health & Wellbeing Impact Award, recognising my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-informed therapy and making a positive difference within the community.

As an integrative therapist, I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone. Instead, I tailor therapy to each individual's needs, drawing on a range of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches to provide support that is both personalised and practical. My aim is not only to help you understand what you are experiencing, but also why, giving you the insight, skills and confidence to create meaningful and lasting change.

Since establishing my private practice in 2008, my work has naturally evolved, and I have developed particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and autism), relationship recovery, recovery from narcissistic abuse, grief and bereavement, health anxiety, couples therapy, and helping young people (13+) navigate emotional, behavioural and life challenges. Alongside these areas of expertise, I work with a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, phobias, stress, depression, low self-esteem and life transitions.

I believe that beneath every difficulty is a person doing their very best with the knowledge, experiences and resources they have at that moment. Therapy is about understanding those experiences with compassion rather than judgement, helping you make sense of your experiences, discover your strengths, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you are taking the first step into therapy or returning for additional support, my aim is to provide a warm, compassionate and confidential environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted. Together, we will create a personalised path towards healing, resilience, personal growth and lasting positive change.

Other Areas Of Hypnotherapy I Work With
As an integrative psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, I use hypnosis as part of a personalised therapeutic approach rather than as a standalone treatment. Every client is different, so therapy is tailored to their individual needs and goals.

I regularly use clinical hypnosis to support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, panic attacks, phobias, confidence and self-esteem issues, health anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional wellbeing and habit change. I also have particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and autism), recovery from narcissistic abuse, and helping young people (13+) build emotional resilience.

Where appropriate, I integrate hypnosis with psychotherapy, cognitive approaches, Timeline Therapy™ Past life regression, solution-focused hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy® and other evidence-informed therapies to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.
