About Zuzana
Since 2017, I have worked with hundreds of people from around the world, guiding them through challenges in relationships, anxiety, self-confidence, and personal growth. My person-centered practice is grounded in curiosity, safety, and deep respect for each individual’s experience and inner wisdom. Originally from Slovakia, and having lived abroad for the past 15 years, I understand what it means to cultivate a sense of identity, belonging, and security far from what once felt familiar. This shapes how I approach each client, honoring their personal journey and the transformation they wish to achieve.
I do not believe anyone needs to be “fixed.” I do believe change begins with gently understanding where connection with yourself was lost and creating space to reconnect. Even small, intentional steps can create a powerful and life-changing ripple effect. Deep down, you already carry the answers you are looking for. My role is to help you access them with more clarity, confidence and self-trust.
In my day-to-day practice, I support clients across a wide range of areas, using integrative mind–body practices to address each client’s challenges and goals as a whole. We explore the patterns and dynamics influencing experiences, recognize those that support you, and gently address or release those that do not, so they can create the life they desire.
You do not need to have everything figured out. Curiosity and willingness are enough for a first step. Together, we will create a way that is best suited to your journey, experience, and intentions.
I provide a calm, confidential space where you can slow down, share your story, and feel truly heard. We explore the patterns that shape your experiences, not just through the mind, but through the body as well. I believe body and mind tell one story, and we listen to both.
Through this process, we create clarity, emotional steadiness, and practical next steps that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life and relationships.
You do not have to do this alone.
