About Me
I am an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and a registered member of both the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the National Society of Psychotherapists (NSPSY) with a Master’s in War & Psychiatry from King’s College London. This background allows me to bring deep psychological insight into my therapeutic work.
My approach is professional, compassionate, and trauma-informed which is grounded in empathy, safety, and respect. It is important to me that you feel supported, understood, and able to explore your inner world at your own pace.
I created Hypnotherapy Way after navigating my own experiences of burnout, trauma, and uncertainty — times when I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure of the way forward.
Through my own healing, I discovered the transformative power of hypnotherapy and it inspired me to help others find that same sense of clarity, freedom, and calm.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, from the Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
I am a EMDR, EFT, NLP and Rapid Transformation Therapist. I also hold qualifications in Solution Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology.
I Hold a MSc in War & Psychiatry from Kings College in London
