About Me
Krisztina Vrecko – Psychotherapist | Specialist in Trauma, Complex Trauma & Neurodiversity
With over a decade of experience, I specialise in supporting individuals navigating trauma, complex trauma, and diverse neurological profiles.
My therapeutic approach is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience, with a particular emphasis on nervous system regulation.
As a specialist working extensively with neurodivergent clients, I have a comprehensive understanding of ADHD and autism from both a clinical and experiential perspective. I recognise these as natural variations in human neurology rather than pathologies to be ‘corrected’, each presenting unique strengths and challenges.
I hold qualifications from SCCP (ADCH) and have continued my studies in psychedelic-assisted therapeutic approaches at the British Transpersonal Association, where I am currently completing my final year.
Working online with clients worldwide, I integrate transpersonal and trauma-focused modalities to support deep healing and personal transformation.
My practice is grounded in both science and compassion, offering a space where clients can explore their experiences with safety and understanding.
