Hi, I'm Chloe!
Does it feel like your body is constantly bracing for something?
The next wave. The next hurdle. The next unknown.
Even when you’ve been told you’re ok, your system stays on high alert.
Your mind is constantly scanning for the next issue.
Your body reacts too quickly.
Anxiety is taking over.
Over time, you can start to feel like you’ve lost yourself, exhausted, on edge, and constantly managing anxiety.
For many of my clients, this began after illness, trauma, a diagnosis, or ongoing medical stress.
Since then, situations that once felt manageable, appointments, busy spaces, phone calls, driving, even relationships can trigger anxiety, panic, or a deep sense of unease.
Sometimes, this shows up as physical symptoms too.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, panic, and nervous system overwhelm, particularly when it’s linked to illness, trauma, or chronic conditions.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, I specialise in working with this pattern.
I help regulate a nervous system that’s stuck in overdrive, not just through talking, but using clinical hypnotherapy and body-based approaches to work with the mind and body together so those automatic responses begin to change.
When this shifts, people feel it clearly. More calm. More in control.
A growing ability to live alongside their circumstances without constant fear.
If this feels familiar, you don’t have to work it out on your own.
You’re welcome to get in touch and we can take it from there.
